The hotel was spotless and staff were very very helpful and especially helpful, everything was really good! I had fancy, brand-new room with USB ports, tasty breakfast, bathrooms, had good night's sleep. The venue was in a central location near to Camp Nou from the Amelia Sarrià as well as Catalunya or the touristy spots. Spent a nice evening at La Tagliatella, located close to the venue.

Good choice of options for extensive breakfast. Brand-new and fancy rooms with central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV, some with delightful views.

breakfast and spectacular bar service.. good reception attention although some resolution is missing.. views from the room are great
Unfortunately, in spite of the good price, the condition of the room was not the best or what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The fridge was not working, the hydro-massage shower was neglected and needed maintenance as the wall lights were broken or did not work, as well as losing water and flooding the bathroom after showering as the screen was leaking. The glasses in the room were dirty and one of them was broken. And although I understand that the temperature regulator is central, you only had the option to turn off the thermostat and it was cold in the room.. I would especially say that a one-night stand should be given better attention as they don't have much room for improvement or problem solving.

The hotel offered a particularly nice breakfast with options for all tastes, including tortilla and fruit. the venue is in a very central setting close to several bus lines that take you to different tourist locations.

The bed was huge and 3 pillows on the choice of softness pleasantly surprised me!
At 9 a.m., a cleaning lady was vacuuming the jambs and doors, keeping them awake.

location of this hotel is not bad, in about 25 minutes you can walk to Plaza Catalunya or if you prefer you can catch the subway in less than 10 minutes. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel and train station is very close by, staff was very polite, although for my taste too demure. We found the room to be quite spacious, comfortable, clean and in good condition and cafeteria and common areas are fantastic.
It's a 5-star, so the standard has to be very high. For me there were three big failures. 1. cabinet had the lower hinges of the doors broken, taking into account that it is so easy to repair I do not understand how they can have it like that. 2. For me this was the worst and so I have not given a high score to the hotel, bathroom smelled bad and smell was transferred to the room. truth is that I should have complained and had them change my room, I decided to hold on since it was only one night. finally, issue of room service and breakfast prices, too expensive, excessively expensive.

The hotel is first-rate, with astonishing breakfast. The location is incredible, close to the center of the historical district of Barcelona.- The rooms are a nice size and include an electric kettle and glassware.- The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive, immediately helping us get a doctor to our room when one of our family members was very sick.- A wheelchair was also available, everything is very good.
